Aamir and the rest of the development team have been fantastic. I'm using this app to apply a tag every day at a particular time; the implementation wasn't easy for me at first, and the dev team have been incredibly responsive and patient in helping me get everything set up. They also wrote a new version of the program to only consider orders within x timeframe on a relative basis (aka last two days), something that goes above and beyond what I expected. Only positive things to say; you'll have a great experience with this app and it's an absolute lifesaver

This not only an app for tagging products or orders! The team behind it are consultants!! They give you solutions for your business, they have the required knowledge and the experience on how to use the (tagging) in increasing sales! organizing collections!! and more.. Their customer service are very quick and responsive! I am obsessed with them! BIG LOVE!

Excellent app! Very easy to use and several tagging functions. I was able to tag customers based on different integrations I have that import the customer data. I was not able to find this feature with other tagging apps. Customer service was also very quick and efficient!

This is one of the best tagging apps to work with for ease of use and lots of potential for improving customer navigation. Great library of tagging combinations already set up to try. A very responsive support staff. If you are not careful, it's easy to automate thousands of tags you quickly don't need or want, simply by testing out features, or realizing you needed to edit something and need to reapply to correct tags. I love to experiment and edit a lot and I can predict that getting charged by number of tags generated doesn't jive with the size of my business and how I work at the moment. Conclusion: The lowest pricing tier sounds like a lot, but it can get used up very quickly. If you are prepared to afford the higher pricing tiers, this app is worth it.

As a first time Shopify store user, this app has been great in setting up automations for tracking specific products sold in our orders dash board and when items have sold out. Developer communicates quickly back and has helped with some custom tagging requirements as well.

This is exactly what i needed to remove hours of menial work which I would no doubt make mistakes on and even better it changes the tags based on the parameters I set when a product is sold or updated. Aamir was really helpful when I had a query and came back super quickly.

This app does exactly what it promises to do. The support team is extremely responsive. The big learning curve is understanding the language of the various functions: I wanted to tag all of my brick and mortar customers as such to direct email marketing to them that is more relevant and do the same with my online shoppers. I didn't understand how to do this from the selection of options in the app so I emailed support and had an answer in short order (the answer, btw, to use "app name" with the function "contains" and type in "point of sale" or "online"). This saved me hours of repetitive, menial work.

Love this app!!! and the developer behind it created a feature for me in less than a week that allows my customized back end to tag purchases. While i was still in the free trial mode! What?! Here's what he wrote me: "I figured out a way to identify orders imported through your portal and I will add support for it in the app by sometime next week." And he did just as he promised. Great widget, great support.

Really useful app! Best way to filter by size for in-stock sizes. This app will automatically add or remove the size tag based on inventory availability. Which makes it possible to take advantage of most theme's filtering functionality (we use Turbo theme) which use tags to add filtering to the front end website. Also, metafields (recently introduced in Shopify 2.0) have typically been unwieldy - it's hard to update product info or tags based on metafields. But with this app, we can use the metafields with confidence knowing that we can create tags from the metafields (indispensable for creating collections and filters).
