The reasons I uninstalled this app after MANY hours of integration and attempts to correct data accuracy issues: 1. This app does not track the full information of the customer journey that I need through all of the platform integrations of GA4, FB/IG, TikTok 2. This app does not provide basic reporting and exporting abilities to track over time for analysis 3. This app has not worked properly with updated data abilities since upgrading. I have spent several hours (late at night) to try to resolve this with customer service to no full resolution. 4. My experience with customer service has been poor. Issues have not been fully resolved. Each of the six times I’ve started working with customer service, I have had to start from the beginning, going over the same information, with no resolve. I have been told that the developers would fix it, or be in contact when they did not follow through, or resolve the issue, or only partly resolved the issue.

Our developer have fixed all issues related to reporting, and updates will roll out in time with the platform. Regarding the exporting feature, it is currently in our backlog for research and development. Implementing this feature is complex, but we’re committed to working on it in the near future. The integration only worked through GA4 setup. Despite the excellent and responsive support from Customer Service, we were unable to get conversion goals functioning directly within Google Ads. In the end, the only reliable solution was to import the goals from GA4 into Google Ads — this was the only setup that worked as intended. Despite this limitation, I ultimately returned to using this app after testing several alternatives that failed to meet our needs, including: Stape Server GTM Levar Conversion Tracking ∞ Google Ads Tracking & GTM GroPulse GTM & Data Layer In fact, we tried most of the available apps. Many were removed shortly after installation either because they couldn’t be configured properly or simply didn’t work for our setup. This app, while not perfect, was the only one that gave us a working integration — and for that reason, we decided to continue using it.

I understand how important it is to track conversions accurately and promptly. To clarify, the delay in Google Ads conversion data was likely due to two factors: 1. Timeframe: Google Ads typically requires 12–24 hours to process and display conversion data after the first recorded event. Your tracking was enabled on May 26 (17:34 UTC), and by May 28, the system may not yet have captured conversions—especially if no users converted from ads during that short window. 2. Channel Removal: On the evening of May 28, the Google Ads channel was disconnected, which halted all tracking. Our team had shared a detailed report confirming no ad-driven conversions occurred between May 26–27, and we advised allowing more time for data to populate. While the GA4 workaround resolved the issue, I hope you can connect Google Ads again and give it some time to capture the data. If you encounter any issues, our support team is always happy to help.
