Phenomenal company and app. Mayank does a great job managing the project, making sure no email is left behind and all the deadlines are met. Sushil, the head of the actual development, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He provided solutions confidently and quickly, always responding on point without leaving anything to doubt, luck or chance. There was no customization too difficult for this team (we had a few creative asks!) Overall, we got going quickly and painlessly. The app works exactly like we imagined it and the setting it up process was methodical and well executed.

I’ve been really impressed with Tangent’s Skin & Hair Analysis app. We added their selfie-powered quiz to our site and it’s been a total game-changer. It scans a customer’s selfie and gives them personalized skin and hair insights along with product recommendations - and it actually works really well. Setting it up was pretty easy, and the team at Tangent has been super helpful throughout. They were quick to respond whenever I had questions and genuinely seemed invested in making sure everything was running smoothly. Since launching it, we’ve seen better engagement and it’s helping us guide people to the right products without making them fill out long forms. Just a selfie and some smart tech behind the scenes. This has been amazing in terms of helping customers figure out their skintype, concerns and which products will work best for them. It took a lot of work to setup the quiz (especially because we setup results for each skintype with various concerns) but once it got up and running and we synced with our ESP to email routine suggestions it has been a game-changer. Also, a special shoutout to Sushil from the team who has always gone above and beyond to help us and answer any of our questions.

Recently installed this during a website redesign and the interactive quiz is a great addition to engage our visitors. Easy to build and very customizable. Also very responsive developers, responded quickly to a question I had and were able to provide a solution in a couple days.

Great app (especially as I'm using the free version!) and very responsive service. Took a long time for me to set as I added more questions to the quiz, but I was happy to do that for more thorough recommendations. The options to change layout design / fonts etc are limited, but as expected for a free app. Highly recommend.

I would recommend. It's customizable to a certain extent; since it's the free version. Once you purchase a package deal, it get way better. They're super easy to talk to and very helpful. They're quick to resolve any issues we have on our end.
