The Tangent team was very responsive, receptive to feedback, and willing to help us get the quiz with its intricacies where we wanted it before launch. There was a bit of back-and-forth during implementation going over all of the smaller details, but we especially appreciated their help transforming our results logic from a simple recommendation flow into a much more personalized experience with thousands of potential result combinations. We've only been live for about two weeks, so it's too early to comment on performance, but overall, a great team to work with, and we're excited to see how the quiz performs over time!
