Unprofessional, does not reply to emails, support is nonexistent and they gave us wrong credentials yet can't communicate to fix the issue they created. Do not recommend.
Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. For Louisiana registration, the state requires the business owner to log in to the Louisiana tax portal and submit a one-time verification (OTP) as part of the final step of the registration process. Unfortunately, this step must be completed directly by the business through the state portal, and we are unable to complete it on your behalf. From our records, the credentials provided by us in the email are the same credentials that you had entered in our app during the registration process which we used to register with the state. If there is any difficulty logging in, we are happy to help troubleshoot the issue and work with you to get access restored so the registration can be completed. I don't know why I was trying to do it on my own. We operate in a single state (California) and their tax filings are horrible. Shopify tax was difficult to manually process, and their automated filings worked but wouldn't allow for companies that have to remit monthly tax filings. Tax Rex to the rescue! We are new with them, but communication is great and looks like we are good to go. What was a 1/2 day process trying to sort through reports is now automatic. Thank You!
