For Louisiana registration, the state requires the business owner to log in to the Louisiana tax portal and submit a one-time verification (OTP) as part of the final step of the registration process. Unfortunately, this step must be completed directly by the business through the state portal, and we are unable to complete it on your behalf. From our records, the credentials provided by us in the email are the same credentials that you had entered in our app during the registration process which we used to register with the state. If there is any difficulty logging in, we are happy to help troubleshoot the issue and work with you to get access restored so the registration can be completed.
