I cannot recommend Tax Rex enough. Efficient, prompt, affordable and quite easy to use (even for artists). Tax Rex has simplified our bookkeeping and given us peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Tax Rex has been a HUGE help in determining sales tax obligation with the 'Economic Nexus' laws. The app is very simple to use, have very clear reports for filing and is very inexpensive to use given the amount of time we save in reporting tax across several states. Given the very limited Shopify Tax for non-Plus stores, this is a must have to streamline the tax back-end and stay in compliance. Excellent app, excellent value and truly excellent and quick support!!

I honestly cannot thank the Tax Rex support team enough. I have full confidence in them completing my monthly tax filing and yearly TPT license and do not even have to think about it. I know it is completed and filed correctly. With all of the things day to day running a business, this helps tremendously as I would probably be late filing each time.

Super helpful and compitent. Great communicators, albiet over email, but it's worked out well. We had a bit of a mess to clean up, and they managed it very very well, and provided great details to help us manage the payback of backtaxes.

I have been using Tax Rex for a couple of years, and I am very happy with the service. I sort of stumbled through setting it up, but they were very helpful, and they have been very responsive every time I have a question or need to speak to them about my taxes.

Really wonderful customer service. They jump on any issues I have with any state and are super helpful. No way could I deal with all the various sales tax state rules on my own. Love this app and the team behind it.

Tax Rex handles all our USA recording, filing, and remittence. This has saved us a lot of time and has allowed us to focus on more strategic tasks. The team is very responsive when we need to resolve issues or ask questions. We appreciate the Tax Rex partnership very much!

We have been using Tax Rex for one of our stores for over a year. The setup was straightforward, and the support team guided us when we needed help. Being able to exclude marketplace orders is a big plus for us. We recently added the app to our second store, and the integration was super easy. The support team usually replies within a day or two with helpful answers. Overall, it’s been a really good experience so far.

Incredible customer service. Communicative, detailed, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsible associates. Quick response times (typically 1-2 business days). They have made state registration and the filing and payment of our sales taxes a breeze. What once was a headache for us and our clients is a headache no more. Can't recommend them highly enough for the services they provide.
