I've been using Tax Rex for over a year now and it has saved me hours of headache trying to reconsolidate all the tax info (especially county tax) for filing each filing period. This year I decided to file using Tax Rex (instead of just having it report it in Shopify) and they took care of everything, which has been a life + time saver. Their customer support is also very responsive, making this app a must have for any small busines sowner!

I've been using Tax Rex I believe for 2 or 3 years now. I was skeptical at first b/c of such bad experiences in the past with several other services. So I started out only having them manage one or two states in the beginning, but now they manage the majority of states I do work in and I plan to add more when I expand into other states. I highly recommend Tax Rex they also do a good job of communicating via email and are prompt to respond.

I switched from Avalara to Tax Rex and OMG what a change! Customer service is way better, they actually respond in a timely fashion and don't sound like robots. Taxes are calculated correctly (unlike Avalara whose calculations were double what they were supposed to be) and they go out of their way to help.

This app is an absolute must have if you reach nexus in multiple states. Manually dealing with state orgs is such a headache and seriously gave me anxiety in the midst of a busy growing business. Tax Rex has been a lifesaver. I never have to think about taxes. I just get nifty little reports in my email that all has been handled. Last week, I received a state notice for an unpaid month right when we reached nexus and before I'd set up autofile. I was heading out of town and didn't have time to dig into it. I sent an email to Tax Rex support and they handled it while I traveled. Truly a great app and I'm so grateful I don't have to worry about managing taxes anymore.

TaxRex has been perfect! I reviewed a lot of tax apps, and there were others that a lot of people knew of and recommended, but after reviewing them, I thought TaxRex would be best and I was right. They have done a great job, they make it easy and most importantly they are VERY responsive. Customer service on these apps are really important and TaxRex shines in customer service.
