I truly hate filing my sales and use tax every month - having Tax Rex take the time commitment and guess work out of this task is amazing. One month in and I'm a believer!

The team was great. They went out of their way to get our complicated California sales and use taxes filed on time even though we requested it late. I would highly recommend using them. It's easy, inexpensive and the software comes with great customer support.

Amazing app! I've wasted a week trying to make any sense of sales tax numbers (while being audited), until I found Tax Rex. I had to use their feature to request a report for an older period of time (unsupported by Shopify) and they completed it within hours, so I was able to submit all the information that I needed. Also the reporting is presented in a meaningful way - you basically just copy/paste from their report into the tax people's system, it's as simple as that. Love it!

Worth every penny. I use to dred filing monthly sales tax reports, I mean I still do but they were a nightmare of having to pull multiple reports and struggle to get the numbers to match the state forms. It was like filing Federal Taxes once a month. I knew there had to be an easier way so I searched for a tax program and found Tax Rex! After a small learning curve, nothing hard it was just a matter of adjustment. I now complete my taxes in a fraction of the time. Tax Rex places all the data in one place so its easy to see and input into the state filing system. Customer service is also great. Tax Rex recently added the option of auto filing for my state. I haven't taken advantage of that feature yet but probably will in the distant future.

Great app and great customer service. Very simple to use and does exactly what they say for a low price...which is file your quarterly sales tax reports!! A huge hassle removed. Thank you.

Tax Rex is amazing. Our online business exploded this summer and we met Nexus requirements pretty fast in about 10+ states which we quickly got behind on. I went to work on getting Tax ID's and in this process I found Tax Rex who helped with any needs or questions I had. As I began compiling tax ID's I started setting up the Auto File and the dates in which we met our Nexus requirements and they went to work on filling our Taxes in those states for the months we were behind as well as keeping us from getting further behind at the same time. They have not only saved us a ton of time but have also saved us money from avoiding further penalties. Tax Rex is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I absolutely knew nothing about filing taxes 2 months ago and its thanks to them.

I am a small business of one human. My time is very important and worth money! Knowing that Tax Rex is taking care of my sales tax filing and payments (at a reasonable cost I might add) frees me up to other tasks for my business that are much more productive. They have been very proactive with contacting me about any needs they have in setting up my accounts with various states and have also been very courteous and responsive. Would highly recommend!
