Very responsive and helpful. Good value and made our life easier. Many of us medium-sized business owners are facing the out-of-state taxing requirements, not only as a new financial obligation, but also as a massive amount of extra work that has complicated our business. State obligations (Nexus) was probably the largest nation-wide tax increase ever. We can understand states collecting taxes on out-of-state sales, but it is the bureaucratic requirements that have been pushed on Businesses that are ridiculous. You will quickly find that you need to hire an expert service provider that understands the state-to-state requirements – they are all different, time consuming, and full of the typical government style bureaucratic processes. Finding a service like Tax Rex has been great. I looked at several other service providers and their costs were ridiculous and many had very poor service. I tried Tax Jar, Alavara, Tax cloud... None of them compared to the value I have received from TaxRex. I hope by recommending TaxRex that other business owners learn from my experience and take advantage of their services.

I absolutely love this app- it has saved us. Every new state we have liability in, we simply fill out the form and TAX REX does the rest. Every time we have questions, we submit a help request and get help next day if not within 3-4days. I went out of my way to fill this out just to let others know that this is a very valuable service and worth every dollar.

Such a great software, service and tool! We wanted to switch from Avalara and I can't say enough great things about the team helping us navigate the switch smoothly, and not to mention how much simpler and user friendly it is.

After many years of spending unnecessary amounts of money and having painstaking headaches with Avalara, I am so glad to have switched to Tax Rex. Tax Rex wants to make sales tax easy for you, and they really go above and beyond to make that happen for each one of their customers. I can't believe anyone is still paying for Avalara or Tax Jar when Tax Rex is a much better, easier, and cost efficient option hands down!

As our store has grown quickly in the last several months it has been hard to keep up with everything... and state sales tax is one thing that was not high on the priority list! Once we got nexus is more than a couple of states, it became apparent that we needed a solution to handle the filing for us, and after looking at some much more expensive options we decided to give Tax Rex a try. I am very pleased with the way that Tax Rex has responded to my inquiries and their support has been helpful as we had some late filings to catch up on. So far, I would highly recommend this service! I will update once we have been using this for a while longer, but so far the experience has been much better than expected--and is far superior to trying to manage this yourself! Don't wait till you are behind like I did, go ahead and get started with Tax Rex as soon as you have a need to start filing in multiple states--it is simple and easy!

It's been a great experience. Has streamlined our work in getting sales tax paid. Their customer service is extremely responsive and always helps to adjust settings to make things easier to understand and/or align with what is needed by the government. Yes, Shopify has US taxes, but they provide zero assistance and cannot work with you to get things right. Tax Rex is worth it. Don't hesitate.

I have to say your customer service is outstanding. We had a few hiccups during setup because we were missing information from states to log into their systems. You guys helped us through that process and were still able to hit our deadlines for filings and payments. Thank you!

Excellent Customer service. I accidently filed a wrong amount and customer service was able to effectively amend the incorrect amount. Everything is automated, no need to worry about having to sit down and figure out taxes for each state. Fairly priced and customer service is easily accessible. 5/5 100%

The team was great. They went out of their way to get our complicated California sales and use taxes filed on time even though we requested it late. I would highly recommend using them. It's easy, inexpensive and the software comes with great customer support.

Amazing app! I've wasted a week trying to make any sense of sales tax numbers (while being audited), until I found Tax Rex. I had to use their feature to request a report for an older period of time (unsupported by Shopify) and they completed it within hours, so I was able to submit all the information that I needed. Also the reporting is presented in a meaningful way - you basically just copy/paste from their report into the tax people's system, it's as simple as that. Love it!

Worth every penny. I use to dred filing monthly sales tax reports, I mean I still do but they were a nightmare of having to pull multiple reports and struggle to get the numbers to match the state forms. It was like filing Federal Taxes once a month. I knew there had to be an easier way so I searched for a tax program and found Tax Rex! After a small learning curve, nothing hard it was just a matter of adjustment. I now complete my taxes in a fraction of the time. Tax Rex places all the data in one place so its easy to see and input into the state filing system. Customer service is also great. Tax Rex recently added the option of auto filing for my state. I haven't taken advantage of that feature yet but probably will in the distant future.
