TaxCloud has been much better to work with than everything else we've tried. We've been able to have our filings done for us at a good price (some states are even free) and when something does come up, their customer service is real people who actually respond to us and are helpful.

We recently moved over to TaxCloud's new app for Shopify, we'd been using the previous one for about a year, and have always had a good experience. When we have questions we can email the support team and hear back the same day, or the one time we needed an urgent answer we were able to call and talk to their support team, which is so rare to find these days. Great service and value, thank you TaxCloud!

We're so glad to have found TaxCloud after working with other similar services that ignored us when we needed help or had questions. On top of that, we get some states filed for free, and overall we saved on our monthly fees. I was cautiously optimistic–would the really be better while also being cheaper? The answer is, yes. Sometimes it feels like some kinks are being worked out, but they have been a partner while our past sales tax solutions were MIA. Thank you Rianna, Ryan, and the TaxCloud team

First this app is very expensive. My main issue is the support and overall quality of the product. Since the new app was launched (they redo the app often) I have not been able to get the app to link to my store and support keeps saying to uninstall and reinstall....
