TaxCloud Sales Tax Automation

I suggest Taxcloud to all small to medium size businesses. I used to spend at least couple of days to review the sales, calculate the taxes and file them every month. This is used to be a time taking task. Once we started using tax cloud, I don't have to worry about it anymore. We could use that time on our business improvement. I specifically have to call out Alessandro Giovinazzo. he helped with onboarding our company to Taxcloud. He has been very patient with all my questions, filed the taxes for us for at least three months until we became stable. He has great knowledge about sales tax.

Managing sales tax across different states can quickly become complicated, but this has made the process much easier for us. The setup was straightforward, and having orders synced automatically means there’s far less manual work involved when keeping track of tax obligations.

Save your money. This company is horrible. There is no customer service number and they just take your money. I spent over $2,000 and they didn't do anything for me. I recommend going else where. I have screenshots too prove it and will be make a full YouTube video on this company.

We migrated from a traditional tax accountant handling filings for 23 states, and the switch to TaxCloud has been a game changer — both in cost savings and operational efficiency. Special shout-out to Alessandro on the onboarding team. Our setup was fairly complex (mix of SST and non-SST states, quarterly-to-monthly transitions, gap filings, and a semi-annual state that needed special handling), and he was patient, responsive, and thorough every step of the way. He made sure nothing slipped through the cracks during a process that could have easily gone sideways. The platform works seamlessly with Shopify, and the SST program benefits are significant if you're a remote seller. Highly recommend for any e-commerce brand scaling across multiple states.

We have a large ecommerce business that has to file taxes in many many US states. TaxCloud provides a superior service for much less than its competitors. We have a rather complex business, and our rep Alessandro went above and beyond personally seeing us through onboarding and making sure we had our unique requirements addressed and fulfilled. They get my strongest recommendation as a US ecommerce and retail business, both in terms of cost effectiveness, and absolute effectiveness.

We wanted to wait to write a review until after we had used this app for several months. We went through implementation with TaxCloud in February and have now had 3 months of successful tax filings. We've had a great experience so far. It saves us so much time and effort, and the fact that they integrate with SST makes it even more added value to us. Highly recommend.

We moved from another provider after they significantly raised their prices. TaxCloud is not only a better value but the interface is superior. They are a part of SST which streamlines filing for many states. The onboarding process was very easy with TaxCloud helping along the way.

TaxCloud is awesome. Avalara was jerking us around forever with their overseas customer service reps (charged us 3,000.00 for customer servise reps who cannot speak English well) and raising their prices every year for their overall services. TaxCloud is a way better value and everything that Avalara promises -- TaxCloud delivers! When you work with a TaxCloud rep they are somewhere here in the United States!!! I should have moved to TaxCloud way sooner.

We came from Avalara and the nightmare of how complicated the death by 100 different licenses. We were fully expecting to have some of the same games played by companies like this but after having our demo call. We were pleasantly surprised to see straight forward licensing and usage cost that scales. The onboarding team was great and very accommodating as it took us almost two months to get everything in place for TaxCloud to take over our sales tax filing. If you need automation for your taxes and returns, I would HIGHLY suggest checking out TaxCloud first before considering others.

Unfortunately, TaxCloud wasn’t able to fully synchronize the previous months’ revenue and sales taxes, and significant discrepancies remained despite multiple support attempts.

Great onboarding, they make it easy to get up and running. And the cost of this service way out weighs others out there.

Doesn't get easier to set up. Streamlined interface and best pricing for sales tax filings, no need to look elsewhere.

I was determined to do all our tax filings myself, but I got overwhelmed with how every state is different and it took so much time that I really didn't have. I checked out several services and TaxCloud won, both with the service I received even before becoming a customer and in price. Onboarding was easy and now I can do all the jobs I can't farm out, without getting stressed about taxes hanging over my head. This sounds like a commercial but honestly it is exactly how I feel.
