TaxCloud Sales Tax Automation

We moved from another provider after they significantly raised their prices. TaxCloud is not only a better value but the interface is superior. They are a part of SST which streamlines filing for many states. The onboarding process was very easy with TaxCloud helping along the way.

TaxCloud is awesome. Avalara was jerking us around forever with their overseas customer service reps (charged us 3,000.00 for customer servise reps who cannot speak English well) and raising their prices every year for their overall services. TaxCloud is a way better value and everything that Avalara promises -- TaxCloud delivers! When you work with a TaxCloud rep they are somewhere here in the United States!!! I should have moved to TaxCloud way sooner.

We came from Avalara and the nightmare of how complicated the death by 100 different licenses. We were fully expecting to have some of the same games played by companies like this but after having our demo call. We were pleasantly surprised to see straight forward licensing and usage cost that scales. The onboarding team was great and very accommodating as it took us almost two months to get everything in place for TaxCloud to take over our sales tax filing. If you need automation for your taxes and returns, I would HIGHLY suggest checking out TaxCloud first before considering others.

Unfortunately, TaxCloud wasn’t able to fully synchronize the previous months’ revenue and sales taxes, and significant discrepancies remained despite multiple support attempts.
