Save your money. This company is horrible. There is no customer service number and they just take your money. I spent over $2,000 and they didn't do anything for me. I recommend going else where. I have screenshots too prove it and will be make a full YouTube video on this company.

We migrated from a traditional tax accountant handling filings for 23 states, and the switch to TaxCloud has been a game changer — both in cost savings and operational efficiency. Special shout-out to Alessandro on the onboarding team. Our setup was fairly complex (mix of SST and non-SST states, quarterly-to-monthly transitions, gap filings, and a semi-annual state that needed special handling), and he was patient, responsive, and thorough every step of the way. He made sure nothing slipped through the cracks during a process that could have easily gone sideways. We have a large ecommerce business that has to file taxes in many many US states. TaxCloud provides a superior service for much less than its competitors. Our reps are great and very thorough with their help, whether technical or clerical. They get my strongest recommendation as a US ecommerce and retail business.
