I have talked to multiple companies prior to reaching out to TaxCloud. Their pricing seemed super reasonable, and the process of enrollment was extremely easy and smooth. Onboarding team is amazing and helpful. I am glad that I won't have to deal with filing my taxes myself.

I have spent months stressing and trying to decide which company to go with for sales tax. I finally decided on TaxCloud and am SO glad I did. Everyone I have interreacted with has been friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The onboarding process was so easy and smooth- I wish I would've done this sooner. Very relieved that I no longer have to file my own sales taxes AND it was more affordable than I expected. Thank you!

I am so happy and relieved that I finally installed a tax program and that I chose THIS ONE. I spent months doing research on different companies and thought they would all be so expensive and stressful to deal with. Taxcloud has been AMAZING. Everyone I have talked to during each stage has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Onboarding was a breeze. The price plans were more affordable than I expected when connecting to Shopify. Love it so far. And I’m so glad I don’t have to keep filing sales taxes myself- I’ve always dreaded that!

This service is like night and day, heads and shoulders above what we were previously experiencing with our former provider. The onboarding was so clear, step by step, and the menus and flow of how to get things set up were very easy to follow. We had one hiccup with our SST registrations but at that point the onboarding rep at TaxCloud took over and handled everything. So glad we switched!

TaxCloud has been super easy and a seamless experience. As a new e-commerce owner, I needed an affordable solution to automate/fully handle my sales taxes. The support team has been great, onboarding easy, and filing is a no brainer.

3rd times a charm! I tried working with two other companies for Sales and B&O taxes for my new store. Needless to say, I was more confused about the process and communication was not adequate. Tax Club impressed me from the first meeting! Communication is excellent and they are responsive - even have a phone number to call, which they answer or return the call in short order! Even more important is their knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. it gives me confidence they are experts in what they deliver, anticipating questions and clarifying processes. I'm excited to learn and grow with them! To top it off their price is competitive which I need as a new business owner!

The on-boarding process with TaxCloud was amazing and stress free. All questions were answered faster than I could have imagined. The initial contact with them took literally minutes. Such a responsive team. I can't believe it, this was the best experience I've had with a service provider in a very long time! Looking forward to partnering with TaxCloud!

So far so good! Their Shopify plan provides the SST discounts we were looking for and helps smooth the expensive proposition of expanding sales tax collection as sales grow and new nexus thresholds are reached.

So much easier to work with than Avalara! When we worked with Avalara they never responded to our questions or messages. TaxCloud's team is much more responsive and US-based. We also found they understood issues quickly, and then were able to resolve them with less time spent by us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for sales tax return assistance!

Recently switched to TaxCloud for sales tax reporting and filings. This has been one of the most organized and detailed transitions I have experienced. Highly recommend TaxCloud to any size business. The software is easy to use and learn. Great staff and quick responses by customer service! A perfect app if looking for sales tax reporting and filing.
