I had a terrible experience with a competing sales tax company, so I decided to try TaxCloud. This has been the best onboarding experience I have ever had when it comes to setting up a new sales tax service. The TaxCloud team has been wonderful to work with. Their site is very easy to navigate and understand. So far everything seems to be working great.

The TaxCloud team is very responsive and helpful. Their support team typically responds within a few hours (sometimes within minutes), and they work together to ensure you get the answers you need promptly. The onboarding process was straightforward, even for someone with no prior experience. They efficiently handled everything I needed, including registering in new states (SST and non-SST) and setting up my new accounts. They also took care of submitting the first filings on time, which was a huge time-saver. While there are occasional bumps in the road, they have always resolved any issues effectively. The integration with the Shopify store works seamlessly, and their pricing is highly competitive for small businesses. Overall, I think they are a solid solution for small business owners.

This is our first use of tax filing apps. Great experience with onboarding so far. Each interaction is building more trust. The portal is easy to use and very clear - kudos to the designers. Our hope was that TaxCloud takes off the entire chore of dealing with various state sales tax filings, and they are exactly doing that. Pricing is competitive and transparent. Good experience so far.

TaxCloud is far easier to use than other apps we have used to do our sales tax filing. They are very quick to respond to emails which is key for us and their pricing is great. Highly recommend.

TaxCloud has been much better to work with than everything else we've tried. We've been able to have our filings done for us at a good price (some states are even free) and when something does come up, their customer service is real people who actually respond to us and are helpful.

We recently moved over to TaxCloud's new app for Shopify, we'd been using the previous one for about a year, and have always had a good experience. When we have questions we can email the support team and hear back the same day, or the one time we needed an urgent answer we were able to call and talk to their support team, which is so rare to find these days. Great service and value, thank you TaxCloud!

First this app is very expensive. My main issue is the support and overall quality of the product. Since the new app was launched (they redo the app often) I have not been able to get the app to link to my store and support keeps saying to uninstall and reinstall....

TaxCloud is hands down the best tax app we've used since opening our Shopify store. It's super simple to setup and then it does all the work for you. With that said, the one time we had a question, the customer service team was easy to get in contact with and quick to give an answer. 10/10
