I was using Avalara and it was costing me a fortune. Every time I reached out for support, I could barely communicate with anyone, and I never got any real help. Because of that, I constantly missed payments and filing deadlines. I wish I had found TaxCloud sooner—it would’ve saved me a huge headache. Their team is U.S.-based, English-speaking, and actually helpful!

So far, so good. The onboarding was smooth and clearly communicated. Tax Cloud is doing what they say, filing, monitoring and triggering collection. All clear. Definitely recommend and am finding it extremely helpful!

We just started with TaxCloud but the step-by-step onboarding process is incredibly easy and we love having someone very reactive to help us along the way, when questions come up. TaxCloud registered our company with a dozen states + SST states, painlessly. We linked our website with a few clicks... So far I highly recommend TaxCloud.

Seamlessly collates the tax data from multiple Shopify sites so we can file accurate returns as a single legal entity. The nexus tracker is very helpful as well.

We've only been with TaxCloud a couple months, but so far it has been leaps and bounds over other services we've used (taxjar, avalara). The biggest differentiator is the service level. We feel very well taken care of, can always get a prompt answer to our questions, and trust that they will make sure we are compliant with sales tax nexus.

We recently engaged TaxCloud and my only regret is not doing it sooner. The onboarding process is seamless through automation. The personal support from Lindsay has been thorough but not overwhelming. She patiently fielded my questions and helped find solutions. TaxCloud is removing my anxiety related to state sales tax.
