The app itself is very powerful and well designed, offering a lot of flexibility for advanced personalization and product setups. It allows you to create complex configurations in a clean and professional way. The customer support, however, truly stands out. This is honestly the best customer support I have ever experienced. The team is always available, responds extremely fast, explains everything clearly, and really takes the time to help. They don’t just give short answers – they guide you step by step and even record videos to make sure everything is fully understood. You can really feel that they care about solving the problem properly, not just closing a ticket. An absolutely outstanding support experience.

Excellent app for product personalization Teeinblue is a powerful and reliable personalization app that gives customers a smooth and intuitive customization experience. The live preview works great and helps reduce misunderstandings and revisions, which is extremely important when selling personalized products. The app is flexible and suitable for various product types, and once set up, it works very stably. What really stands out is the support team – responsive, helpful, and always willing to find a solution, even for more complex setups. If you are selling personalized products on Shopify and want a professional solution with strong customization options, Teeinblue is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

This review is specific to the help desk. The chat option when you have a question and/or need to trouble shoot is very convenient. I wasn't sure when I posted my question in the chat that anyone would answer... but they did. Two different people. Where one left off due to my inactivity another picked up the moment I had a follow up question. They responded with video as well as screenshots to help me navigate. I really appreciate the help, the fast response, and the visuals as I am a visual learner. Thanks so much.

Die App bietet viele Möglichkeiten um Produkte zu Personalisiern. Der Suport ist auch immer nett und Hilfsbereit fs man eine Frage haben sollte. Sie können auch auf deinen Shop zugreifen und ändereungen für dich übernehmen falls man es nicht selbst hinbekommt.

Incredible app and customer service. I've used them on a couple of Shopify stores and they've become on of the first apps I install. Bit of a steep learning curve, but once you know how to use it, it becomes incredibly invaluable.
