I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I specifically needed an app that would allow customers to change dog coat colors and add in text when needed. I tried 2 previous apps with the same issue...but TeeInBlue was the only app that actually worked to figure out the problem. (The Vitals app was interfering with the cart.). In addition, whenever I've needed any smaller help so far...they've been super quick to help me get it figured out. My site feels polished and professional...and I have no doubt we'll see a nice increase in sales with TeeInBlue installed.
Support is responsive and deals with our issues promptly. We are very pleased with the support we received during the implementation of our shop

Great Support!! Actual people! Not AI
I just started using Teeinblue this week, and I've been impressed with how the design process is organized - it's modular, so it's very logical and saves time compared to other order automation apps I've used. It looks very nice on the storefront as well, and seems like it will be user-friendly for customers. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer service has been very responsive and I'm happy with my choice.

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now on the trial, and it's great! I will be using the full paid version going forward as the support from the team is very good and the app customisation features are great. It is very much worth the money. Andy and Kristie from the support team are very helpful, they reply very quickly and are always able to help me out with any problems :)
Hello, I am actively using Teeinblue for a total of 5 stores. However, I am currently experiencing a serious issue with one of my stores, and I have not received a solution for nearly 10 hours. I requested your representative to access my store directly and help resolve the issue, but no effective support has been provided throughout the business day. During this time, my store has been unable to make sales, which is causing financial loss. As a long-term Teeinblue user with 5 active stores, I am very disappointed with this experience. I kindly ask you to prioritize this issue and provide an urgent solution as soon as possible. If this situation continues, I will have to reconsider continuing to use Teeinblue for all 5 of my stores. Please provide an update and resolve this matter urgently. Thank you.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von Teeinblue. Die App bietet unglaublich viele tolle Möglichkeiten zur Personalisierung und ist perfekt für individuelle POD-Produkte geeignet. Gerade die vielen Funktionen und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten machen Teeinblue für meinen Shop extrem wertvoll. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber auch den Support: Mir wurde unglaublich schnell geholfen, die Erklärung war klar, verständlich und direkt lösungsorientiert. Mein Problem wurde sofort analysiert und verständlich erklärt. Der Support war freundlich, kompetent und extrem schnell — genau so wünscht man sich Hilfe im Shopify-Alltag. I highly recommend the Teeinblue app. It’s been a game changer for my Shopify store. It has many wonderful features and gets upgraded regularly. The customer service is great. Alina from the support group is very helpful and responsive. She digs deeper to understand my issue and what I wanted to do, and presented step-by-step solution. Even when her shift is ending, she gave time to answer quick questions. And would send email response on more questions received offline.

The product is really excellent and the support is simply world-class. You get help immediately, and incredibly fast. What I especially appreciate is that they take the time to assist you – I feel very well taken care of as a customer. One small suggestion would be to offer the tool in German as well – that would make it perfect. I can highly recommend both the product and the support. Keep up the great work!

Great app, been using it for a while now, their support team is fast and will do whatever they can to help you out and find a solution. Had no issue setting it up but there is a learning curve I'd say (but it's well documented and you can always ask the team) definitely recommend it

Teeinblue has a learning curve at first, but once you figure out the workflow it becomes second nature, like any tool worth using. The support team is fantastic and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend for anyone Thinking about personalization

Teeinblue is definitely the best app for personalization and they have a great support as well! If there is a problem, they will respond solve this in a very short time!
