This is a really good app, plenty of options and features and great documentation. What is particularly good is how knowledgeable and helpful the developers are. Definitely recommend this for adding personalisation to POD products!

Die App ist aufgrund Ihres Funktionsumfangs nicht innerhalb von ein paar Minuten verstanden, aber man findet rein und wird bei Fragen durch den Service sofort geholfen. Sogar beim Einbinden von verschiedenen Features wurde mir innerhalb von wenigen Stunden immer eine Lösung geboten. Durch die Schnittstellen, die es im Teeinblue gibt, kann man problemlos weitere Programme anbinden und so einen voll automatisierten Prozess aufsetzen. Aus meiner Sicht kann ich diese App uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn es um eine schnelle Lösung für personalisierte Artikel geht.

The customer support team at Tee in Blue is absolutely amazing! They are incredibly responsive, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to understand the issue and make sure everything gets resolved. The app is great too, but the support team is definitely the highlight. Highly recommend!

If you really like going deep into personalization then you'll enjoy this app. It does take awhile to learn but the teeinblue team is incredibly helpful and quick with their replies when they're online. I have mainly conversed with Karen and she has been the best. The amount of questions I've sent her is enormous and yet she takes the time to send me videos showing me exactly how to do something which is helpful. It has made the learning curve of this app feel much easier and approachable. I love that I can finally make my ideas of personalization come to life and get detailed on each project. I was looking for an app like this for a long time and I'm glad I found it. Definitely give it a try but remember to be patient and ask questions. Once you get it down, you'll see why it works so well.

Excellent app and outstanding support! We’ve been using Teeinblue for a long time for our personalized products, and it has become an important part of our Shopify store. The app gives us a lot of flexibility for creating complex personalized products and live previews. What really stands out is their support team. Whenever we’ve had an issue, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and willing to investigate it properly. Most recently, they helped us with compatibility with our new Shopify theme and implemented a solution for the Sticky Gallery on desktop. It’s great to work with a team that doesn’t just answer support questions, but actually takes the time to find and implement solutions when needed. Highly recommended for Shopify stores selling personalized products!

I’ve been using TeeInBlue for about 2 years now, and it has become a very important part of my store. What I appreciate the most is how easy it is to create personalized products, while still having a lot of flexibility and options to be creative. The app gives us many possibilities to build custom products without making the process complicated. One of the biggest improvements for my business has been the live preview feature. Before using it, it was much harder for customers to imagine what their personalized product would look like. Being able to see the result live has made the buying experience much clearer and has noticeably improved my conversion rate. TeeInBlue has also saved me a huge amount of time in my daily workflow. Instead of having to manage everything manually, a big part of the personalization process is now much smoother and more efficient. I also want to highlight the support team. They have always been available, kind, attentive and very efficient, no matter what type of request I had. Every time I needed help setting something up or solving a specific issue, they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find a solution. After 2 years of using the app, I can genuinely say that both the product and the support have been very reliable. If you sell personalized products on Shopify, TeeInBlue is definitely an app worth considering.

Teeinblue has been a powerful addition to my store. It’s enabled me to create genuinely unique personalised designs, and they’re constantly rolling out improvements and new features. It’s a big learning curve for me, and I’m still discovering new things every day — I’m probably only using a fraction of what it can do. The automation features in particular have saved me a huge amount of time and keep everything running smoothly. The support team are incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and have guided me through some complex setup steps, which makes the whole experience much more rewarding.

Great app but it is very complicated to set up for someone without no knowledge. I can fix alot of things on my own website, in coding etc. but this app is complicated and I have to pay someone else to set products up for me. Lucky their support service is always very helpful.
