Hello, I am actively using Teeinblue for a total of 5 stores. However, I am currently experiencing a serious issue with one of my stores, and I have not received a solution for nearly 10 hours. I requested your representative to access my store directly and help resolve the issue, but no effective support has been provided throughout the business day. During this time, my store has been unable to make sales, which is causing financial loss. As a long-term Teeinblue user with 5 active stores, I am very disappointed with this experience. I kindly ask you to prioritize this issue and provide an urgent solution as soon as possible. If this situation continues, I will have to reconsider continuing to use Teeinblue for all 5 of my stores. Please provide an update and resolve this matter urgently. Thank you.
