Pillar & Point review for Teeinblue Product Personalizer

We are just starting out and we are using complex logic to build out our custom campaigns before we launch. The customer service has been amazing. They have answered every question and follow-up that we have had usually within a few hours or by next day. They have even created videos so we can see how to setup custom logic. Even with my many questions they did not treat me as though I was bother or talked down to me. If I did not have them working with on this project, I am not sure that I would be able to get ready for launch. It feels great to be supported by a company that wants you to succeed and treats you with respect.
