I’ve been using TeeInBlue for about 2 years now, and it has become a very important part of my store. What I appreciate the most is how easy it is to create personalized products, while still having a lot of flexibility and options to be creative. The app gives us many possibilities to build custom products without making the process complicated. One of the biggest improvements for my business has been the live preview feature. Before using it, it was much harder for customers to imagine what their personalized product would look like. Being able to see the result live has made the buying experience much clearer and has noticeably improved my conversion rate. TeeInBlue has also saved me a huge amount of time in my daily workflow. Instead of having to manage everything manually, a big part of the personalization process is now much smoother and more efficient. I also want to highlight the support team. They have always been available, kind, attentive and very efficient, no matter what type of request I had. Every time I needed help setting something up or solving a specific issue, they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find a solution. After 2 years of using the app, I can genuinely say that both the product and the support have been very reliable. If you sell personalized products on Shopify, TeeInBlue is definitely an app worth considering.

Teeinblue has been a powerful addition to my store. It’s enabled me to create genuinely unique personalised designs, and they’re constantly rolling out improvements and new features. It’s a big learning curve for me, and I’m still discovering new things every day — I’m probably only using a fraction of what it can do. The automation features in particular have saved me a huge amount of time and keep everything running smoothly. The support team are incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and have guided me through some complex setup steps, which makes the whole experience much more rewarding.

Great app but it is very complicated to set up for someone without no knowledge. I can fix alot of things on my own website, in coding etc. but this app is complicated and I have to pay someone else to set products up for me. Lucky their support service is always very helpful.

This is such a powerful App with great integration to my print providers and also my own personalised design products in Shopify. There are so many features I can utilise to create endless design ideas for my business. I have found the support incredible as they really try to help your situation. Their documentation is also really well described along with You tube videos they produce. Its taken a little while to get my head around all the ways I can create but it's worth it and the in app support has been there to help when ever i've need it. Great app!

Wow, I can't say enough great things about this app and company. It's a complex app and takes just a little bit to wrap your head around, but it's very doable. Their customer and tech support is superb. Above and beyond. Quite refreshing this day and age. The AI generation options are great and it works great. I tried Customily and had to give up. I'm looking forward to pushing this app to really do more with my vision of where I want to take customization for some things. Very exciting!

Great app for selling personalized products! It offers many useful features, and the integration with POD providers works smoothly. The support is absolutely excellent — fast, helpful, and always ready to solve any issues. Highly recommended!

We've had a great experience with this app. It works really well, but what stands out the most is the amazing support team. They are always kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We usually receive a reply within a day, and during business hours our questions or issues are often solved the same day. We would definitely recommend this app to everyone!

We are just starting out and we are using complex logic to build out our custom campaigns before we launch. The customer service has been amazing. They have answered every question and follow-up that we have had usually within a few hours or by next day. They have even created videos so we can see how to setup custom logic. Even with my many questions they did not treat me as though I was bother or talked down to me. If I did not have them working with on this project, I am not sure that I would be able to get ready for launch. It feels great to be supported by a company that wants you to succeed and treats you with respect.
