Teeinblue is my last hope for my online business. I've been searching for customization options and asking YouTubers for advice for the past two years, but to no avail. It wasn't until mid-July 2024 that I stumbled upon Teeinblue, and I thought to myself, "Wow, this is exactly what I've been looking for!" The initial learning curve was steep, but after spending some time with the app, I gradually got the hang of it. Encounter a problem? The friendly support team is always there to provide excellent assistance. I'm looking forward to upgrading to their Enterprise package one day and I'll definitely write another review to share my success (I'll be back!).

I am 62 years old and have tried about 6 other personalizer apps for my store. After deleting them all out of frustration of lack of support, cost too high, or just not the right fit for my products, I installed Teeinblue. To my suprise and delight this app is just what I was looking for. It's very user friendly and the support has been great. There is a time zone difference (opposite from mine) but Kate has been very fast, friendly and helpful to me so far. I'm happy to have found Teeinblue as a way to provide my customers a personalized shopping experience that's easy to use.

The team at Teeinblue not only have a masterfully crafted product but also a GREAT TEAM behind it. We want to thank Andy, Heni, Jason, and Tiffany for their help! And thank you to the developers for making something so useful and cool. When we set it up and test out being able to customize our products using various methods like text, paragraphs, image upload, image selection, etc. it feels like magic! We thought that only big name companies can afford to implement such a personalization solution for their products. But with Teeinblue, especially when combined with Tepo Product Options, you can do it too. And it’s not that difficult. Granted, we had a gazillion questions to bug the team but they were a sport and answered all of them to our utmost satisfaction! Andy, I would bombard him with a huge chunk of questions, a big paragraph, and he would soldier on answering the gauntlet of questions one by one in an understandable way. Andy provides a lot of useful links, screenshots, and short video demos that he creates to illustrate his advice better. We’re really appreciative of this. They help a lot! Of the entire team he answered the most questions of ours! Heni, on the other hand, comes in like a juggernaut and squashes the technical issues! We appreciate his great help a lot! He fixes very difficult problems. We asked for help integrating GemPages and he did it just like that! He fixed our product page so that the layout is horizontal when it became vertical even on desktop. He is very technical. Both Andy and Heni are great assets to the Teeinblue team. But then again so is Jason and Tiffany. Jason helped us fix it so that the cart drawer appears after the user clicks the “Add To Cart” button from the preview popup (Teeinblue lets your customers preview their customization work in a dialog). All of them deserve a huge raise, if you ask me!!! Double the pay! We’ve researched some other product customization options but prefer Teeinblue due to their awesome support, first and foremost, and then their polished, easy to understand video documentation as well as, quite obviously, their AMAZING PRODUCT! You set up the various elements of a mockup and upload the mockup itself and then position the elements within the mockup. It’s POWERFUL and they have great developers working on this. This is us saying this without even exploring ALL of their feature set. They even allow you to upload Photoshop PSD files that may help save time. We’re going to look into this feature on a later date. Tip: You can connect a bevy of POD (print on demand) services such as Printify, etc. if you want a deluge of products to customize. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT TEAM! Highly recommended, 100 stars out of 5!

As an app, there is so much you can do with TeeInBlue to create amazing personalized products. As a company, they always respond quickly to any questions you might have - and I had a lot. The learning curve can be a little steep in the beginning but when you get the hang of it, you’ll be so happy you hung in there. I highly recommend you get started with TeeInBlue.

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit TeeInBlue! Die App ist äußerst übersichtlich und benutzerfreundlich, selbst für Anfänger. Die Integration mit zahlreichen POD-Dienstleistern wie Printify, Printful und Gelato funktioniert reibungslos. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Support, der immer freundlich ist und bei jeder noch so kleinen Frage sofort weiterhilft. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I needed to find an app that supported live preview for my customizable products and I chose Teeinblue for all the features the app provided. I would say the app is pretty hard to navigate at first, but you learn by doing. After importing several products into the app, it becomes much easier and more intuitive to use. If I couldn't find the resources, I'd reach out to the Teeinblue support team. They have been integral in getting the app up and running on my store and they are a pleasure to work with! They are really responsive and always helpful in providing solutions and recommendations and have even helped me during non-working hours! Additionally, there is also an extensive knowledge base where you can find articles and tools if you have an issue. Overall, I am impressed with the product and the service and heartily recommend this app, as it looks beautiful on my website and is highly customizable for many types of products. I also love how Teeinblue is a partner to your small business - they are solutions-oriented, willing to take suggestions on improvements and new ideas, and the support team is A+!

Die App hat mir und meinem Shopify Business sehr gut weitergeholfen. Falls ich etwas nicht verstanden habe, hat sich der Support direkt drum gekümmert. Ich betreibe Shopify seit über 3 Jahren und habe noch nie einen so guten Support in meiner gesamten laufzeit erlebt wie bei teeinblue. Kann die App jedem weiter empfehlen.

Einfach nur begeistert von dieser App. Natürlich braucht man am Anfang etwas Zeit um sich reinzufuchsen. Doch was wäre ich gewesen, ohne die Hilfe von Tiffany, Andy und Co. Einfach nur unglaublich. Bin wirklich dankbar, auf diese App gestoßen zu sein. Und dankbar für diesen unglaublich guten Kundenservice. Schnelle und präzise Antworten. ich empfehle diese App zu 2000% weiter. Just loved this app. Of course, you need some time at the beginning to get your bearings. But what would I have been without the help of Tiffany, Andy and Co. Simply incredible. I'm really grateful to have come across this app. And grateful for this incredibly good customer service. Fast and precise answers. I recommend this app 2000%.

When it comes to personalized products, Teeinblue is the best app! Only here are there so many possibilities. You can offer your customers a very good shopping experience. Personalization is absolutely in demand these days and sells very well. And when your customer sees a live preview in the store, he will be amazed and definitely make a purchase. The support from the Teeinblue team is unique! Every question is answered in no time and problems are solved at the speed of light. The app is constantly being expanded and improved. Users have the opportunity to express wishes and suggestions and attempts are made to implement them. This is absolutely TOP! The instructions for the app are extensive and the operation and setup are absolutely understandable. Many print-on-demand partners are affiliated with Teeinblue and it is so easy to send an order to the print service provider. I can absolutely recommend this app! Thank you Teeinblue team for this great app and your support for us users! Five stars is not enough! You deserve more!

Ich kann gar nicht genug sagen, wie sehr wir Teeinblue lieben. Der Support ist immer hilfebereit, freundlich und schnell. Es gibt immer wieder Verbesserungen - auch die Community wird dabei gehört - und die Software funktioniert einfach immer reibungslos. Man muss sich natürlich immer einarbeiten - wir sprechen hier immerhin von einer professionellen Lösung für personalisierte Designs - aber, diese Lösung ist einfacher als viele andere, die ich ausprobiert habe. Letztendlich blieb nur noch Teeinblue übrig und das sollte für sich sprechen. Bitte weiter so! Vielen Dank, dass es euch gibt! Edit: Nach 6 Monaten, können wir immer noch nicht genug von Teeinblue schwärmen. Sie arbeiten stetig an Neuerungen und sind auch im Support-Bereich einfach immer für uns da und helfen uns. Gerade haben wir ein neues Theme aus dem Shopify-Store veröffentlicht, welches nicht ganz smooth laufen wollte. Ich kontaktiere Tiffany und Jason meldete sich ein paar Minuten später mit der Lösung zurück und brachte alles wieder zum Laufen. Einfach ein perfekter Support - wie man es sich wünscht. I can't say enough about how much we love Teeinblue. The support is always helpful, friendly, and quick. There are constant improvements – the community is listened to – and the software always works flawlessly. Of course, there is always a learning curve – after all, we're talking about a professional solution for personalized designs – but this solution is easier than many others I've tried. In the end, only Teeinblue remained, and that speaks for itself. Keep up the great work! Thank you for being there! Edit: After 6 months, we still can't stop raving about Teeinblue. They continuously work on new features and are always there for us in the support area, helping us out. We recently launched a new theme from the Shopify store that wasn't running smoothly. I contacted Tiffany, and Jason got back to me a few minutes later with the solution and got everything working again. Simply perfect support - just as you would wish for. Edit April 2025: Today I needed support again, and what can I say? The team at teeinblue is simply fantastic. I also want to mention that ever since I installed it, I feel like I'm on a continuous journey of improvement. They are constantly working on new solutions and even implement feasible suggestions when the community feels they are necessary. Plus, new features are regularly added. I don’t ever want to be without you guys! Thank you so much for your outstanding work.
