Teeinblue bietet unfassbar viele Möglichkeiten um personalisierte Artikel in seinem Shopify Shop anbieten zu können. Die Konfiguration ist teilweise etwas kompliziert aber an dieser Stelle muss ich den Support ausdrücklich loben. Ich habe selten einen so schnellen, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Support, wie bei Teeinblue erlebt. Jede meiner, inzwischen zahlreichen, Anfragen wurde schnell, ausführlich und sympathisch beantwortet. An Stellen, an den ich einfach nicht weiterkam, konnte der Support sogar eigenständig eingreifen und den Code meinen Wünschen entsprechend anpassen. Ich kann Teeinblue also uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I came in with not only an issue but also a lack of knowledge on how to approach it. Lana was incredibly patient, clear, and professional. She guided me step by step, making sure I understood the process and felt confident moving forward. Her support went beyond just solving the issue—she turned it into a learning experience for me. There is so much to say about Teeinblue! The app itself is fantastic—easy to use and packed with options. But what really stood out to me was the support. Andy in customer service was incredible. He jumped in right away when I had issues, walked me through step by step, and made sure everything was working perfectly. A truly caring app is hard to come by, but Teeinblue offers excellent features and customer support.

TeeinBlue is an excellent app. The support team is very responsive, which is reassuring and much appreciated. The interface is clear, intuitive, and easy to use, making product personalization simple and efficient.

Mega schneller und kompetenter Support! Das ist sehr hilfreich, da manche Funktionen etwas intuitiver gestaltet werden könnten. Trotzdem sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Personalisierung von Produkten.

A bit of a steep learning curve I've found personally, but once its working, it works really well. Customer support is also incredibly helpful.

Ich finde es toll, dass der Support bei all den vielen Fragen sich die Mühe geben eine Lösung zu finden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, es freut mich mit euch zusammenzuarbeiten :)))) Weiter so super Team ;)

I have been using Teeinblue for a long time now and it really boosted my overall performance greatly. Once you understand how much you can do with this app really puts your online shop to the next level!
