They hijaacked orders from other suppliers. Cancelled them without my authorization.

Our team has identified that your order cannot be synced to the fulfillable state because it has been marked "fulfilled" in your Shopify store already. As a precaution to protect your rights, our system has moved the order to the cancellation list to prevent any accidental duplicate payments. If the order has not been fulfilled by other suppliers and you still require TeemDrop to fulfill it, please kindly manually adjust the Shopify order status to "unfulfilled" and finalize the payment on TeemDrop. I used to work with Dsers and AliExpress, but since switching to TeemDrop I would never go back. The app is very easy to use, prices are more competitive than AliExpress, and above all the communication with my agent is perfect. Orders are processed quickly and tracking is clear. So far everything is going really well and I’m very satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend!

Sharon's been a great help onboarding and intergrating my stores. Quick responses from the agents, sourcing is relatively quicker than CJ/DSers, troubleshooting is fast within their business hours as well.
