My first time trying out a fulfillment app and it’s been great. Teemdrop is super easy to figure out even if you're new to this. Love the customer service team too, they’re really helpful and always reply fast. Overall a really good platform.

I’m really pleased with teemdrop. All the orders are synchronized and automatised with my Shop and it help me to focus on other tasks than the supply chain. Also, i have a direct access to an agent who help me to figure out any situations(sourcing, stock or delivery). Don’t hesitate!

I’ve had a very good experience with TeemDrop so far. The platform has been useful for sourcing products, checking product options, and preparing items for my Shopify store. Connie has been especially helpful with sourcing support, confirming product stock, checking US shipping options, and answering my questions clearly. Her communication has been friendly, professional, and responsive, which has made the process much easier. I appreciate the support so far and look forward to continuing to work with TeemDrop as we grow.

I’ve been using Teemdrop for a while now and honestly the support has been amazing. My agent Reddy has been super helpful throughout — always quick to respond and very clear when there’s any issue with orders or disputes. Recently we had a problem with an order and she immediately reached out, explained everything, and helped me resolve it smoothly. That kind of communication makes a huge difference when you’re running a store. Really appreciate the support and professionalism. Highly recommend

Other suppliers charge you a subscription, teemdrop does not, they also don’t charge you double shipping/product cost if you sell a bundle or 2 of the same items. Plus you guys give us an agents from day 1!

My agent Galya has been great in helping me so far! She was even on a holiday trip and still responded to me and processed my orders. She has been great to work with and super nice. If you get her as an agent consider yourself lucky! The COGS and shipping is at a great rate compared to some of the other suppliers I have seen. I would recommend teemdrop.
