Absolutely horrible experience so far. Literally every item that I imported to my store is showing as being sold out despite having quantities available in their catalog. Of course, I have no access to any inventory controls to fix anything on my end and their customer service is non-existent. At this point, I'm uninstalling the app and discontinuing the products from my store. The only bright spot in all of this is that I got to see the issues first hand instead of having to experience them with orders on the line.

This app is terrible. Shipping is slow, logistics information isn't updated promptly, customer support is often unresponsive, and there are tons of problems. I strongly advise against using it.

So far, I am absolutely satisfied with the site’s features, usability, product variety, prices, and communication. Ash provides solutions to all my questions and responds quickly. I support and recommend Teemdrop. ı may add new comments based on my experiences in the future.

Teemdrop has made running my business super nice and smooth. The platform is simple to use and takes a lot of the stress out of managing orders and fulfillment. On top of that, the customer support is excellent. My agent, Reddy, was always quick to help and answered every question I had along the way. Only real people no ai bots which i really care about with how everything and everyone is using ai. Would highly recommend using Teemdrop!

Warning!!! They've ruined my business. Returns are incredibly expensive, costing me a huge amount of advertising revenue and profits, and the process is extremely cumbersome. What they advertise is completely different from what they actually send. I've received countless returns and complaints about shipping times. I strongly advise against using this app!

The shipping speed is infuriatingly slow, and if the order contains multiple items, it becomes complete chaos: delays, wrong shipments, and countless errors. It's truly frustrating and disappointing.

So far so good. Tanya handles my account with care. She is very respoenzive and makes sure I am updated. The integration with the app was a bit wonky but it works, delivery has been good. I def recommend if you are looking for a steady and consistent drop shipping partner.

They hijaacked orders from other suppliers. Cancelled them without my authorization.

Really nice service for the first try of this app. Team drop are clearly the one's I'm going to choose for managing my orders. The price for the products are lower then the others and even there we can still negotiate to have better rates. I recommend this app over any other. Thank You a lot

I used to work with Dsers and AliExpress, but since switching to TeemDrop I would never go back. The app is very easy to use, prices are more competitive than AliExpress, and above all the communication with my agent is perfect. Orders are processed quickly and tracking is clear. So far everything is going really well and I’m very satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend!
