I previously used another similar service for my store, but they had issues with additional product options being created as separate products. This was very inconvenient, especially when running promotions or discounts. With these guys, this problem does not exist, and that is very valuable. They also have excellent customer support. Some of my options were glitching, but they really tried to solve the issue and did it quite quickly. They stayed in touch every day during the process. Thank you for the service and the great work!

I was just setting up the app when I had a few issues and I could not solve them, upon reaching out to Qikify I got Rosa, and she was professional, helpful, very very patient, amazing and kind. The response time was quick and one issue after the next Rosa solved them very quickly for me. I am very pleased and very happy with the service I get from Rosa and I do hope I can get her again if I do have anymore issues. Rosa thank you for a very good customer service. Overall it is a good app so far. Thank you

App is so so. When you have issues — they share screenshots without full instructions. When you ask for a call for a quick screen share session, they'd rather waste hours upon hours on meaningless chat messages vs. one simple call. We are a business, a paying customer. The least you can do is to set a conf. call. Insane. Will look for another solution. p.s. They use crisp for customer live-chat which is beyond buggy. Use intercom.io to provide decent chat experience.

Tuve que hablar con soporte de Tepo para arreglar un problema que tenia la pagina web con la app y me lo arreglaron muy rápido, muy buena comunicación con ellos y muy amables! Un 10 para el equipo!

I've tried at least 8 product customizer apps and none of them seemed to address my needs. This app seemed promising but I have to admit I did struggle in the beginning. However, I think what makes this app far better than others is their customer service and fast resolution of issues. Hazel is a rockstar! She answered my questions for 3 days straight helping me get to a seemingly near impossible goal from when I initially started. I'm not ready for launch and can do so knowing my site is where I need it to be for a great customer experience. Thanks Tepo and again a big shout out and thanks to Hazel!
