App is so so. When you have issues — they share screenshots without full instructions. When you ask for a call for a quick screen share session, they'd rather waste hours upon hours on meaningless chat messages vs. one simple call. We are a business, a paying customer. The least you can do is to set a conf. call. Insane. Will look for another solution. p.s. They use crisp for customer live-chat which is beyond buggy. Use intercom.io to provide decent chat experience.

While our standard support channels are live chat and email, we arranged a Google Meet call and fortunately we were able to connect and resolve the issue quickly during that call. We're glad we could work through it together and get things back on track without further delay. Regarding your comments about the chat tool, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It has already been forwarded to our product team so they can review it carefully. As our team is still relatively small, changes like this can take some time to plan and implement, but we’re actively researching options and working toward improving the chat experience in the near future. I've tried at least 8 product customizer apps and none of them seemed to address my needs. This app seemed promising but I have to admit I did struggle in the beginning. However, I think what makes this app far better than others is their customer service and fast resolution of issues. Hazel is a rockstar! She answered my questions for 3 days straight helping me get to a seemingly near impossible goal from when I initially started. I'm not ready for launch and can do so knowing my site is where I need it to be for a great customer experience. Thanks Tepo and again a big shout out and thanks to Hazel!

Cool app The most important thing is the active customer support. Some things can be unclear if you are creating a website for the first time, but the team helps with everything and even sets things up for you. Highly recommended

App works well, support was slow but helpful once we connected.
Don't install it if you're planning to try 'free-tier' because there's no way to add price of any option. Useless
