This app had product options which I needed but couldn't find on any other app. The support is quick to respond and has helped to fix / change a couple of things for my store.

The application has a lot to offer. During the setup, I've reached out many times and worked with Hazel - who is amazing! The support is awesome and I can't wait to have the site up and running.

I highly recommend this app especially if you need personalization or need to collect information for certain products. I've had to contact customer service a few times because of small conflicts with my theme and the support team has gone above and beyond to help me, and I'm using the free version. Everyone is super professional and I'm so happy with this app!

We were using another app that completely crashed on launch day, we never herd back from them so switched to Tepo! SO far it is great does exactly what we need

We switched to Tepo from another options app due to the massive amount of choices available including font selection which is really useful for our custom clothing business. We had a small issue with our options not showing in orders but Hazel helped us fix that within a few minutes of getting in touch. Can’t recommend enough!
