This app has been a fantastic addition to our shop! I had to use 2 apps previously for our customers to create custom orders. This has replaced those two apps. Amazing customer support that quickly helped me to get this setup in our store. They even implemented my custom requests on how it displayed in the cart. A+++ Service and app. THANK YOU! This app is fantastic! It makes it so easy to customize input quantities for my products, giving my customers exactly what they need. The interface is intuitive, and it integrates seamlessly with my store. The customer support is also top-notch—quick and helpful responses every time. Cette application est vraiment bien faites, beaucoup de possibilités même avec la version gratuite. Le service client est très réactif, j'ai eu besoin de leur service pour personnaliser les couleurs en CSS, le monsieur qui m'a aidé a été très compétent et rapide. Je recommande complètement cette application !

The support team is amazing, they are extremely responsive and knowledgeable about their app. After trying EVERY SINGLE product option app I can confirm this is by far the best, with every option you need. My website is extremely complex and this is the only app that's been able to keep up.

I’m disappointed with this app. The support is unresponsive, and I encountered several urgent issues that needed resolution for setting up my store. The inline button feature is buggy, and the input number field allows special characters, which is not ideal. Because there was no support to help with these problems, I had to switch to another app. Overall, the app provided a poor user experience. I expected much better.
