I am so pleased with the Tepo Product Options app! Ive tried several other apps to customize my product options, but none worked. However, when I found Tepo, I spoke with Hazel on the live chat feature, she quickly answered all of my questions. Hazel provided excellent service- I had the best experience using the app. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great product options app.

I am very new to the app but for now seems to work as I expected. I had a question in the support chat and was answered right away, that was great!

I tried 3 or 4 apps that do the same thing, and while Tepo is a little more expensive I liked that the basic version was acceptable design wise and in functionality. It's easier to use than some of the others and yesterday I spoke with the help chat and the coder was extremely helpful. They matched my options to my theme and removed some of the default text. My only complaint (although this is an issue with all the apps I tried) is that to change variant prices you have to do an add on product which doesn't make sense for what I'm doing but will have to do for now.

OMG! I will be chatting about this for weeks. We are so excited to have this app added to our shop. It is going to dramatically simplify our ordering process AND give us a great competitive edge in our area. I am seriously over the moon! HAZEL did the absolute most! I would personally like to send Hazel a 1800-gift-basket. We ran into a couple (most-likely self-induced) issues along the way and the communication was unreal from Hazel and the support team. By far, the best app I have used in Shopify and a must have for those of us with lots of variants and customizations. The support team is human and has Stellar customer service skills. I had 1 issue and pinged them, then my issue was resolved in under 2mins. Awesome SLA/RCA times.. Thanks again guys - you rock!

I’ve been using the app for a couple days now and I love it so far! I’m making the necessary changing to my website that I’ve been meaning to make for a while now and it’s been a breeze with TIB Product Options Variants ! Hazel from their customer service team solved an issue I was having right away!

This app opened up so many possibilities for me! Being able to add more than 3 variant options is definitely something that my business was needing. The app was very easy to use out of the box! A little help was needed to get the app to work with my custom theme... Taylor was great and helped me get the app running! Would definitely recommend this app for the features and the support behind it.

Apart from having the best 2 apps on the market for this type of functionality (multiple product options) - trust me I have spent the last year and a half trying all the available apps in this area on the Shopify store - and a fantastic price vs. what you get ratio. The POV app is amazingly stable, does what is intended to, has tons of customizing possibilities, and whenever you can't find what you need, just talk with their customer support. I am sure Ashley, Taylor, and the team will figure it out and come up with something for you. At least they did it for me and I had some very weird/specific requirements ;)
