Just getting started with the app and so far it's been very easy to setup and use. Would highly recommend.

In fact it is 1-star, but since I don't trust 1-star and 5-star reviews, I am writing 2-star one. After installing the app, I didn't see any color swatches, despite applying all the steps in the manual. Then I connected to chat. 1. They asked store access. 2. After that they told me "that feature (only color swatches" are in their list, but not exist currently. 3. They told me that I can remove the store access whenever I want, after getting all the details about the store. 4. And they tried to sell me another app of them. I don't trust this app, and does not recommend anyone. I don't trust 5-star reviews as well.

Very customizable, many options, so far seems to be completely free - they even removed their watermark from the module for me and was very responsive to my request.

Out of all of the apps for options this is the best one by far! Awesome customer service - can't say this enough. All of the options you may need are available and the design is great (and editable). It's very user friendly. Pricing is really reasonable too! Recommending this to everyone who wants to listen.

I must say I have had a brilliant experience with TIB product options. I needed help making sure the options were visible in the order confirmation emails and packing lists, and I got really fast responses! I tried other apps and this one was the best one for the price. There are a couple of little niggles that I wouldn't be happy about if I were paying for it, but as it's free I would say that it's totally worth trying for your business.

The APP is very user friendly even for the technological impaired. The support team answered my questions in a quick timely manner and were very helpful.
Incredibly helpful customer service that diagnosed and aided us in our issue when multiple previous apps had been tried and could not do that for us. Hazel in particular was instrumental to this, and we truly appreciate it. Absolutely would recommend.

Highly recommended!! A free to use app that gives me the flexibility to apply so many different variants to my product options! It is so simple and straight forward to use, Im not that tech savvy and Im pretty new to Shopify so it was exactly what I was looking for. I had a couple of questions and Hazel from the support team got back to me immediately and was super helpful. I couldn't recommend this app more!!

NICE FEATURES, although lots of features are still under development. It works for creating a dependent dropdown. Very responsive and responsible support team. Many thanks to Hazel from the support team!
Great app. I use it to provide 3D print on demand products with customizations. Does the job exactly as it says. The support is also very responsive.

Just stumbled upon this app and it is just what I need for some of my personalised products. It's so easy to set up and use.
I have used several different option apps but this is by far the most user-friendly, it is very easy to navigate and the support has been fantastic!

great and fast response from customer service, asked to remove the watermark and it is settled immediately without hassle
This app provides the perfect way to expand my product options for custom items. When I was having trouble with it showing up on my shop theme, their customer service was quick, friendly, and helpful.
