The app itself is super easy to use and solid. What really stood out was the amazing support team—they went above and beyond to help me adapt the app to work with another app I was using for the cart. Really appreciate their quick responses and willingness to assist. Highly recommend!

Really good app - easy to use. When I did have a slight problem (pretty much caused by me I think), support got back to me within 10 minutes! Must have app if you are doing customisations.

We have used this App for over 2 years for our online car paint store. It allows our customers to input car details, so they can have custom paint mixed to their specific vehicle. The App is perfect for our needs and runs very smoothly. We recently had an issue (our end), when certain orders were being placed. Customer support was there on hand to quickly and conveniently rectify the issue. 5 Stars from us! www.paintgear.co.uk

After several years struggling with apps with complex product options, I have finally found a treasure. Textbox is simple, very easy to understand for inexperienced people like me, but with a 6-star technical support. Any doubts or small problems that arose during the installation and above all, in the design of my own options, some with conditional logic, were immediately resolved by Anna Louisa and the rest of the technical team. Highly recommended for all those who, like me, are a little lost in this world of product options apps. A simple and very effective app! And all for a minimal price

Textify was easy to install with easy setup. It is very easy to create text boxes, checkboxes and alot more, also use them in a product related manner. The support is also great. I had a problem with the liquid code in the confirmation email, which was resolved within a day.

Wow, ich bin beeindruckt. Ich habe heute versucht die App im mein stark angepasstes Theme zu installieren. Leider habe ich es wegen meiner komplexen Änderungen nicht geschafft die Textbox bei meinen ausgewählten Produkten anzeigen zu lassen. Um kurz nach 18:00 Uhr (ausserhalb der Supportzeiten) eine Anfrage gestellt in der Hoffnung morgen früh eine Antwort zu bekommen. Wenige Minuten später das erste Feedback und bereits eine halbe Stunde später hatte mir eine nette Supporterin den Code in mein Theme eingebunden so das nun alles funktioniert. Sowas erlebt man nicht oft. Ganz herzlichen Dank

Very happy with this app. It has allowed us to provide options to our product range and increase sales. We initially had an issue and contacted developer. Response was quick and problem was solved within hours.

Definately the best app I could ever wish for. A lot of personalization options and the customer service at the highest level. Quick responses and solutions to problems. I would recomend this for 100%!

This is a really useful and inexpensive app which has helped our business so much! Support has been really great as well. I wish more apps were like this.
