I had a concern that customers can check out using quickview function without inputting their custom text. I contacted the app developers with a quick question. To my surprise, they applied a fix within couple of days. Quite impressive. The app is quite flexible and simple to use. Shout out to Anna who handled my ticket. She was quite courteous and updated me throughout.

Simple but effective! This app is easy to install, easy to set up, and support is easy to work with if the need arises! Anna from support was able to assist me with a very minor issue I had when I switched over to a new theme. My text box had stopped working as intended (making the customer type in their customization before allowing them to add their item to their cart). I submitted a ticket requesting help, and less than 48 hours later (over a weekend, I might add!) and my Textify app was back in business. I love the simplicity and cost effectiveness of this app! It saves me a bunch of time with every customized order I get, because now I don't need to email folks after their purchase to collect their color requests. Thanks for making my little hobby business run that much easier! <3

The best app for writing text on product in Shopify without a doubt! Really intuitive, full of settings to customize, respects even the font of the theme and besides that the support with their admins is FANTASTIC, they made really meticulous changes for me on my website so that everything was in line with the rest of the elements on the product page. I recommend it 100% for both professional stores and new stores on Shopify. Congratulations for the work!

Textify was just what I needed for my online store! I have many products that I are uniquely made for customers - thus they need to mark the wanted engraving somewhere. I contacted Textify as I needed a bit help in installing the app and I have never experienced such quick and helpful service! I can warmly recommend Textify to other online shop owners.

This app is super easy and straightforward to use. We use it for people to include card messages on their order, and it was quick to set up and looks great. I had an issue with the text box not appearing on my website occasionally, so I reached out to support. This issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and it was a great customer support experience. I highly recommend this app!
