Support is great, very responsive. My one complaint is that the premium version of the app requires additional coding to be implemented. We lost a couple of days because of that.

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to give a sample product for free for every full size that is purchased, and allow the customer to choose which sample they would like. This app does not allow that. This app allows you to set a $ goal for the cart, and once that customer meets that $ goal, they are given a discount (or if you upgrade, a free item). Also, the coding is a pain. There is a reason they offer a rep to do it for a small fee. My suggestion, create a copy of your theme in case you mess up..

Dylan was so helpful with all my questions as I just got started with Bold Motivator. I'm hoping it will help us greatly with black friday sales. For some reason it wont let me give 5 stars but I am giving 5 stars!

We are new to using this APP and have seen it in action! it has increased a few purchases but our market is still a bit slim. I think once we are known to more customers, we'll see this APP used more and more. The support team is fantastic! They were so patient with my set up and my million questions. Thank you BOLD Team for always being willing to walk through things with newbies!

Good application. But probably I would like that, when the goal is achieved, it would appear somehow visually, in the form of a picture of the gift itself, for example. And so, everything works fine. Useful software. Also, in the free trial period could give all the service functions. That is it would be desirable to see as works automatic addition of a free product in a basket after end of the purpose.

A good app that could be better. A little clunky in terms of user experience but does the job. Dan was very helpful in correcting our code to make sure customers can't order more than 1 free product from a goal. Would love to see a preview or test mode added to the app as the only way to see if it's working is to go live with it... not ideal. Also, would like the ability to have more than one free item for a customer to choose from.

Currently only been using the motivator for a short time (week or so) but I have been using it to promote free giveaways on my site in conjunction with bold UpSell app. I cam currently using the free version and there a few things that I can not do but I do see are available in the paid upgrade version. I will most likely upgrade once my trial is offer and have access to all the features which should really lock down my sales offer.

App does what it says. The free gift isnt as good as it sounds as you cant let customers choose a product variant. If you have multiple variants (e.g. S, M, L, XL) you can only give away a specific variant (e.g. S).

Overall good app! Easy to implement and use. Would like to see a feature without a time limit on the dropdown, especially when motivation goal has been met.

It's a great app that is very simple to utilize. I had them install it as I'm not good with code and they did it in a less than a day. I also needed something tweaked and they did that for me promptly as well. Customer service is great and would highly recommend. Why 4 stars ?... that's only because I think it could use a few more options, perhaps font styles, background designs and optional placement areas on the website. As it stands now you need to know coding to fancy things up. Other than that it's certainly worth getting in my opinion.

So far, it seems to work really well, my only complaint is that the motivator doesn't come up when items are added in your cart, only once you're out of the cart and refresh it. Otherwise it works great and will be a valuable tool!

Well.. This app works the way it's supposed to! It helps remind customers about different offers we have going on or for free shipping when they make a purchase of X amount. Haven't had any problems with it so far.

I am currently using the basic version and it is definitely worth it. I have actually had a few customers tell me they bought more to hit the free shipping level they saw on the banner.

I wish the app allowed you to turn off checkout discount codes for the product you are applying quantity discount to. Other than that the app works as described.

I've tried to track the response to this app - I have seen repeat customers who have historically only ordered x amount and now, with this app in play, they have upped their purchase to qualify for free shipping and that's exactly what I want to see. But I think this app could work better for us. Mainly, I'd like to offer more than the one incentive, I'd like to offer a tiered series of incentives... I.e., spend another ten dollars and get a free gift, spend another ten dollars and get ten percent off. If the developers could expand the range and flexibility of this app, I would give this five stars.
