They are slow don't respond to request and have orders sitting form Feb on our store I only gave a 1 star because it's required they need no stars

ThisNew is FANTASTIC! There are several things I look for with a print-on-demand vendor. 1) Good Products 2) Timely Delivery 3) Great Communication ThisNew does all three. Yes, they are in China, but their delivers times have been very accurate to the United States, Canada and Europe. Yes, I need to stay up late to speak with them, but they respond quickly on WhatsApp, and answer all of my questions. Their products are very good quality, and I plan on expanding my SKUs with them.

Great support!! I really like working with them! You can communicate with them through whatsapp if you have any problems. They are always making improvements. You can customize anything you can imagine to shoes to face masks.

ThisNew provides a very good platform for sellers. They have a web design app that is directly web-based and can be imported into the store immediately, which is great. Moreover, the support staff here work very professionally and quickly.

Amazing provider! I started to work with them a few months back. They are a pleasure to work with. The shipping problems at the beginning of the pandemic are mostly solved now. Their support is top notch - especially via Skype. They have a great facebook community and listen to requests. Always implementing and improving new products and features. Definitely recommend them!

I use this to make Leggings x the design tool is great, I wish everyone else had the same. I have purchased samples and the quality and printing is amazing. I recommend thisnew for your products. Plus they are always adding new stock. Bonus

Ive used this app for about 5 months and at first they were extremely slow with shipping and customer service. However since i first started they have GREATLY improved their service and im beyond impressed. This is one of the best up and coming print on demand companies in my opinion. Shipping comes from china on most products but the shipping times are not that bad. I love this app and will continue to profit off their amazing margins.

I use This New for my production partner for KN95 masks I custom design for my customers. The Quality is 5* by my customers. My products are in production under 5 business days, and get to my customers under 15 business days. Typically takes about 11 business days for customer to receive after production. Very please with customer service and products. There were a few hiccups with payment processing at the beginning, I had to take a break from using their services, but now they have everything resolved, so I am quite pleased. I do recommend them, & will be testing other products to add to my store. My 2 other production partners are 10-15+ business days out before shipping, so my customers are actually getting their orders faster from This New then Canada and USA.

UPDATE OCT 2020: After being contacted by a new account manager I made a few test orders and have been very impressed. Not only have they been answering any and all questions and concerns I have had, they got everything to me in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the items has impressed me as well, no weird smell with shirts, print quality is very good. And they are now alerting me when things are being discontinued and the items they are being replaced with. I am still nervous with all the issues I had in the past and have one more test order on the way. Very happy they are listening to their customers and are making changes. ORIGINAL: Worst customer service, everything is almost an entire month over due, they use fake shipping numbers to avoid refunds through paypal, they refuse to respond to emails or messages, they are not an American Company, and I doubt they have any American's working for them like their site suggests they do. DO NOT USE THIS APP, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS APP! I think I just lost my money, sent it by wired transfer, emailed them no answer. Why is Shopify not talking acting with this fake companies. will report this to Shopify again.

I've been running a couple of Print-on-Demand stores for over a year now. I've tested about a dozen POD companies, and by far, ThisNew is the best out there. They have the largest selection at the best prices I could find, and their customer service is friendly and amazing. They also have a super helpful Facebook community full of active users. This means that no matter your experience with POD, ThisNew can help support your business with products, and their Facebook group can help you learn and grow.
