Momiji-uk review for Tidio ‑ Live Chat & AI Chatbot

It's early days but so far so good. I have a slightly complicated setup with subdomains but this has been navigated with brilliant support from the Tidio team. I am loving the fact that the integration with Shopify allows our customers to get immediate responses to some questions such as shipping costs, order tracking and more. This give the customer immediate service through the bot and saves me a job as well. I quickly got familiar with how the bots are set up and I am not a coder, just an average user. I'm excited to see where this leads us.
