User friendly, Lyro is helpful. The phone app could be better, a tad difficult to navigate compared to desktop, but overall very helpful for our business!

Great app, we used this for a period of time and switched to Zendesk as we are more email focused but a month later and we are back as the Lyro Livechat agent is just too and solved so many queries before they even became an email ticket

I tried multiple times to get help from your onboarding staff. had a couple of good meetings with them and then they ghosted me and did not answer any of my emails. Really wish they had helped implement the app.

We've been using Tidio for our online store support at Tegami, and honestly — it's been a lifesaver. Super easy to set up, clean interface, and the free plan is actually useful (not just a teaser). What we love the most: Real-time chat with visitors The chatbot automations save us tons of time Mobile app works great — we can reply from anywhere Integrates perfectly with Shopify / WooCommerce And their support team? Surprisingly fast and friendly. If you're running a small shop and want something affordable yet powerful — go for Tidio. Highly recommended.

Chat widget overlaps sticky add to cart on mobile. Need to use custom code to move it. Poor UX

Die Einrichtung ging schnell, der KI-Agent beantwortet einen Großteil der Standardfragen (Versand, Rabatte, Produktberatung) zuverlässig und rund um die Uhr – das spart uns als kleines Team enorm viel Zeit. Besonders gut: eigene Wissens-Einträge lassen sich einfach pflegen, und bei komplexeren Anliegen wird sauber an uns übergeben. Die Anbindung an Shopify funktioniert reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung für Händler, die ihren Support automatisieren wollen, ohne dabei unpersönlich zu wirken.
