From our use on our store, I enjoy it because I can respond quicker to messages and give our customers the best support as fast as possible because most customers do not want to take the time to email or call these days.

Great app! The AI function is also amazing, but a bit expensive.

We are generally happy with Tidio and its integration with Shopify. Setup is straightforward, and the AI features are helpful for handling common customer questions and improving response times. There is still room for improvement, particularly in making AI responses more flexible and improving customization options for automation. Overall, it is a reliable customer support app with strong potential.

So far, I'm really liking the app. I'm using Tidio on two different stores one for an e-commerce and one for a teaching website. Their training model is the best that I found so far, perhaps not quite as intuitive as a ChatGPT but that said they do get pretty granular so I like that. I think that ticket system could be improved, but I don't need it for that. I'm really only here for the chat bot capabilities, and also the integration with the Shopify environment.

Good overall. A bit pricey for AI Chat conversations. Backend settings is robust and has many features to dial in your website chat capabilities.

Very happy with the customer service I've received regarding email setups for my ticketing issues. Looking forward to getting it all squared away so my ticketing window isn't so cluttered!

This app has a lot of features. I'm still figuring them out. It's not the most user-friendly app, but maybe it's just me. Shopify Inbox was super easy and served my purpose, but it had a lot of bugs...will keep trying with Tidio.

Saving us lots of time in handling low-effort customer questions. The only thing I could ask for is more reasonable pricing. I don't need that many smart AI chats since our customers' questions need only low effort to handle. But would prefer AI to interfere after a few automatic flow interactions. We didn't have many chances to try out the full capacity of Lyro AI after the quota is ran out on simple customer questions.
