Tidio has been an absolute game-changer for my e-commerce business. The platform itself is intuitive, powerful, and incredibly effective for engaging customers in real time, automating conversations, and guiding shoppers toward the right products. It has noticeably improved both customer experience and conversion flow on my site. What truly sets Tidio apart, however, is their customer support—specifically Carlos. If you are serious about improving customer engagement, sales, and support efficiency, Tidio is absolutely worth it—and if you get the chance to work with Carlos, you are in excellent hands. Highly recommended.

We've tested a few platforms now all with AI integrated. Most of them can be very hallucinatory in their responses and then there's a mad scramble to get back to the customer to give them the correct information. Its early days with Tidio but in our testing it's been absolutely spot on with all the questions, some of which have been quite technical. What I do like is that if its unsure then it will actually handoff to a human, but ask for information to clarify responses to future similar questions.
We appreciate you sharing your experience! Accuracy and responsible AI responses are very important to us, so it’s great to hear Tidio is performing reliably and handing conversations to humans when needed.

Tidio mam podłączone do sklepu QRS i jestem super zadowolony. Aplikacja jest intuicyjna, szybko się integruje ze sklepem i realnie pomaga w obsłudze klienta – więcej pytań zamienia się w zamówienia. Bardzo doceniam automatyzacje i chatboty, które odciążają mnie i zespół. Z czystym sumieniem polecam!

I’ve been using Tidio for just a few days and I’m honestly impressed. The technology is perfect and incredibly smart. Lyro is now answering my emails, social media messages, and live chats with customers on my website — it’s truly a lifesaver. Super easy to install, super easy to manage. From day one, I handled more than 50 customer conversations smoothly, and Lyro managed everything in a very professional way. I can already see how powerful this is as a customer service solution. Utilizziamo Tidio sul nostro e-commerce e devo dire che è stata una delle scelte migliori degli ultimi anni. L’integrazione è semplice, l’interfaccia intuitiva e soprattutto l’automazione con l’IA Lyro è fenomenale. Lyro ha ridotto drasticamente il carico dell’assistenza clienti, gestendo in autonomia una grande quantità di richieste ripetitive e fornendo risposte rapide e precise. Il risultato? meno lavoro manuale per il team clienti più soddisfatti tempi di risposta praticamente immediati Un’app davvero completa e moderna, perfetta per chi vuole migliorare l’esperienza utente e ottimizzare il servizio clienti senza aumentare i costi. Tidioh has been great for our business and has generated over 12k in sales in the first 60 days. Simply, you get out of it what you put into it. So overall it's good, and we are still learning how to use the app.
