The app is great for consolidating all of your messages and communication. However, there was a connection error with my instagram account and then my Facebook messenger app. Neither will reconnect. Additionally, I paid to have the feature of being able to send products directly to the customer from the dashboard, but no such feature exists from what I can tell.

It could be way better in the way of better helping the customers more. Most of the questions asked to doesn't know and they are basic standard questions.

Hi! To get the most out of Lyro, it’s essential to complete the setup. At the moment, it doesn’t have access to your product catalog - connecting it through Shopify product sync would be a great next step. Lyro has only handled 7 conversations so far, so increasing that number will give you a clearer picture of its potential. Currently, your Resolution Rate sits at 28%, but I’m confident we can push it past 50% (Lyro in Tidio Support is at 70%+). It's good - primarily because there are not a lot of better options out there yet, but definitely a lot of opportunity to be dethroned as AI agents become more advanced. A lot of nickel-and-diming with few quality filters in place to prevent you from feeling like they're not trying to push you into buying more credits/increasing to the next billing tier constantly. Looking forward to the second gen of agentic AI products that aren't heavily focused on token-based billing that basically charge you 500x on the API call cost from OpenAI. All for what is essentially a the same ChatGPT output I'd get if I messaged it directly, just in a nicer package. The real kicker for me was that they charge a laughable amount for removing their branding as a separate monthly fee.

App works ok, but its absurd that removing the Tidio branding costs more per month than using the tool itself. Not to mention very expensive to use the welcome bots and automation flows. For a small store to use them, you'll be paying more than your monthly Shopify fee.

Good chat app that needs a lot of refining done. Some issues I had are below -admin counts as a seat even if they never respond to customer chats -email ticketing aren't the most user friendly thing for customers -It cost a monthly payment to remove branding -The notifications for the chats is quiet and a single sound making them easy to miss -Permissions are broken allowing staff to delete tickets without permission -No ability to export tickets/chats making it hard to migrate away -No way to enforce security settings on agent account

I've been using the Tidio App for a few months. It's a quality, sophisticated Chat App with lots of customisable features. I upgraded to the Chat Bot plan, I was a little hesitant at $39 USD per month but decided to try it out. I didn't feel like it lead to any extra sales if anything it reduced sales. The Chat Bot is VERY ANNOYING and it interrupts / overrides me while I'm having conversations with customers and honestly it just feels like spam. I have since removed Tidio for a better App.

The Tidio product is overall pretty good and we are happy with one day into it. However, prospective buyers should be aware that part of the offering that is promised under the Communicator Plan (the feature "view customer profile") is listed as available. But when a user clicks on this feature after licensing the use of the Communicator Plan at $20/month, the product displays a message "You will need Communicator Plan add-on to view Customer Profile". I queried support and they said it is not yet available so clearly that is misinformation, purposeful or otherwise. I suggested to their representative that this message should either be a 'coming soon' or not be displayed as part of Communicator Plan since it is not available currently under the plan and is misleading ... at best. Since the Communicator Plan is 1/3 of our subscription fee, I can only give Tidio a 3 of 5 at this time as a result of this misinformation. Which is sad because the actual product seems to work but if the information is inaccurate, that's a pretty big deal. Hopefully they will address this published misinformation regarding existing features of Communicator Plan and I can enthusiastically update this review to a 5 star at that time.

We really liked the ease of automation, customisation that Tidio is able to provide hence we installed it in all our e-commerce sites. However it is disappointing that the charges have skyrocketed from $15 per month for triggers to 5K users to now $18 per month for 1K users. We only found out because we got notification that we don't have any more triggers left for this website and we were surprised as it didn't happen to the other site. And if we were to upgrade to 5K users we will be paying $45 which was 3 times the original amount we paid previously. It was a rude shock to us and this price difference makes it very difficult for us to want to continue.

We have just installed Tidio and so far so good. The app looks good on my website and I particularly like the easily accessible support, which is very good. They use their own product and that helps to make me confident the app will work for us. The only thing that I am not 100% happy with is having to pay extra for chat bots, which I feel should be part of the service and leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

Great product and terrific support so far. Still new with it so I will update my review as I spend more time with it. Update. So far I would still say it is a good product. It has a good set of features and things like seeing what they are typing, incoming visitor notifications etc... are nice perks. I would suggest however if you have a somewhat busy site that if you plan on using the bots, you will have to pay $30 a month to get both the communicator package and the automation package. If you go with the Automation package you lose all the perks from the communicator package and if you go with the communicator package you only have 100 triggers to work with per month. It would be nice to have a communicator package with an upgrade option for some more money, but to make it a either this or that or pay double option I think is a little bit much. But, if you have the money, from what I have seen so far it is a nice package. Just think in the end it may be a bit much for us. I am going to stick with it for a bit though to give it a fair shot. Will update again if I have anything new.

Update: Customer service has been helpful and given me a script which I had to install on my site for a partial fix. I have to use the side bar (can not use the default chat widget as that will still cover the check out) but the side bar is on the side of the screen and when someone clicks it the chat window that opens does not cover the check out button. Be careful. Both formats of the widget (unless you choose a side bar) will cut into your checkout button. I was surprised to find not only did the Modern Them bottom widget take up most of the checkout button, it's invisible hyperlink area extended out past the actual widget itself making it almost impossible to click "check out" almost every where you click on the check out button just pops up the chat. The business theme bottom widget also cuts significantly into the check out button. It would be incredible if they would have more (smaller) options for the chat on the bottom right hand side of the screen that wouldn't get in the way of the most critical functionality of an ecommerce store.
