App works ok, but its absurd that removing the Tidio branding costs more per month than using the tool itself. Not to mention very expensive to use the welcome bots and automation flows. For a small store to use them, you'll be paying more than your monthly Shopify fee.

Good chat app that needs a lot of refining done. Some issues I had are below -admin counts as a seat even if they never respond to customer chats -email ticketing aren't the most user friendly thing for customers -It cost a monthly payment to remove branding -The notifications for the chats is quiet and a single sound making them easy to miss -Permissions are broken allowing staff to delete tickets without permission -No ability to export tickets/chats making it hard to migrate away -No way to enforce security settings on agent account

I've been using the Tidio App for a few months. It's a quality, sophisticated Chat App with lots of customisable features. I upgraded to the Chat Bot plan, I was a little hesitant at $39 USD per month but decided to try it out. I didn't feel like it lead to any extra sales if anything it reduced sales. The Chat Bot is VERY ANNOYING and it interrupts / overrides me while I'm having conversations with customers and honestly it just feels like spam. I have since removed Tidio for a better App.

The Tidio product is overall pretty good and we are happy with one day into it. However, prospective buyers should be aware that part of the offering that is promised under the Communicator Plan (the feature "view customer profile") is listed as available. But when a user clicks on this feature after licensing the use of the Communicator Plan at $20/month, the product displays a message "You will need Communicator Plan add-on to view Customer Profile". I queried support and they said it is not yet available so clearly that is misinformation, purposeful or otherwise. I suggested to their representative that this message should either be a 'coming soon' or not be displayed as part of Communicator Plan since it is not available currently under the plan and is misleading ... at best. Since the Communicator Plan is 1/3 of our subscription fee, I can only give Tidio a 3 of 5 at this time as a result of this misinformation. Which is sad because the actual product seems to work but if the information is inaccurate, that's a pretty big deal. Hopefully they will address this published misinformation regarding existing features of Communicator Plan and I can enthusiastically update this review to a 5 star at that time.

Tidio is a wonderful app, but it just doesn't support my needs. Tidio has a wide range of intriguing features that would certainly come in handy (e.g. Chatbots, Email Marketing, and even Messenger Integration), but the one crucial feature it's missing for me is Whatsapp integration. Whatsapp is a widely used messaging platform in my country for users and businesses alike - so it's ashame that I'm not able to bring all of Tidio's perks to the one messaging platform I need the most. Regardless, I'm looking forward to a time when Tidio finally incorporates Whatsapp, but for now other apps would best suit my business.

I like how this app captures leads and offers them a discount in an effort to drive immediate sales. The dashboard has a small learning curve, but it's a great app so far.

El programa está bien, pero no me parece bien que la opción gratuita sea tan pequeña... 100 mensajes es poquísimo, porque cuenta cada vez que alguien clica al chat, no cada vez que te hablan.

We decided on such a quota limit because we think that it is a good starting point for Chatbots and it will allow you to estimate if you need to have more or if you would rather focus on Live Chatting. This limitation basically means that you can send an automated message to 100 unique visitors a month. Your Live Chatting is in no way affected by this and remains unlimited and free. App is great, viewed pages feature is great and really effective. However when my free trial ran out, i was disgusted at the price. Would be alot better if it were half the price it is now.

We want to ensure that clients get the best product. Please note that the premium features are just an option for when our clients feel like they need an upgrade. The free plan has all the necessary essentials :)

We really liked the ease of automation, customisation that Tidio is able to provide hence we installed it in all our e-commerce sites. However it is disappointing that the charges have skyrocketed from $15 per month for triggers to 5K users to now $18 per month for 1K users. We only found out because we got notification that we don't have any more triggers left for this website and we were surprised as it didn't happen to the other site. And if we were to upgrade to 5K users we will be paying $45 which was 3 times the original amount we paid previously. It was a rude shock to us and this price difference makes it very difficult for us to want to continue.

We have just installed Tidio and so far so good. The app looks good on my website and I particularly like the easily accessible support, which is very good. They use their own product and that helps to make me confident the app will work for us. The only thing that I am not 100% happy with is having to pay extra for chat bots, which I feel should be part of the service and leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
