I have consistently encountered issues with the system: If you have an email chain conversation, it becomes mixed up in the system, making it extremely time-consuming to find the latest reply. I always need to refer back to Outlook, which is a waste of time. Spell check and grammar check do not work. Sometimes, the system does not display the body of the tickets, necessitating a return to Outlook. If you integrate their WhatsApp, you will lose all your WhatsApp chats, and you only have 24 hours to reply to your customer's message, including weekends. This can lead to lost sales. The AI chat does not always provide the correct answers. I have reported these issues and attempted to terminate the service, but they keep saying it's in the pipeline and won't allow me to cancel the contract. I have used it for 9 months, paying £460 each month, and will stop after my contract ends. I don't feel this is worth so much money
