I’m just getting started with Tidio, and the feature set already looks tremendous for my business. As a small operation, I can’t afford a lot of staff, and Tidio lets me take chat to a whole new level compared with Birdeye. When an answer is elusive, the conversation automatically escalates to live chat or forwards to my email so I can follow up and close the loop. General questions are answered quickly by pulling relevant details from my website, and the replies read naturally—clear and human, not robotic.
