Setting up the integrations with your different platforms is easy and straight forward. It helps if you set up a knowledge base, but it's not required. The system will actually identify questions it doesn't know the answer to and attempt to answer them based on responses you provide to customers through the platform. It will ask you to review additions to the knowledge base as new questions and answers are discovered. The AI responses feel more natural than a lot of other AI tools I've seen. The responses become tailored to your environment pretty quickly, too. Overall, great product.
