We’ve been using Lyro AI through Tidio on our Shopify store and it’s already taken a huge load off of customer service. It handles the bulk of repetitive questions about shipping, orders, and meal details so our support inbox stays way cleaner. Training it on our FAQs and pages was straightforward and ongoing, and customers get fast, accurate answers even after hours. Overall it feels like having an extra support rep who never sleeps and keeps getting better the more we use it. It's also a great lead generation tool and they're still innovating.
