Elevated Sensors review for Tidio ‑ Live Chat & AI Chatbot

I'm still just getting started with Tidio, but I already recognize the potential. It allows me to have a central ticket tracking system across live chats and emails, so I don't let any support emails fall through the cracks. The support bot is also going to decrease my support volume for common questions that can be answered by reading documentation and FAQ. Tidio is great at pointing my customers to the right resources. I would love to see the option to integrate Lyro with Discord and pull in tickets from there as well.
