Tidio is very user-friendly and easy to get started with. The seamless integration with Shopify makes managing customer chats and store activity straightforward. However, there are a few notable drawbacks. The 7-day free trial feels far too short, especially for growing businesses that are actively building their brand and need more time to fully test and set up all features. Additionally, customization options feel somewhat limited or uncertain depending on your store's setup. The biggest downside has been customer support—responses have been very slow, and in some cases, I haven't received a reply at all. Improving support response times and extending the trial period would make this a much better experience for new store owners.
