Chefswarehouse.co.uk is a new start-up store running under ultra-efficient process principles. We were looking for a best in class chat app to communicate with customers so Tidio came to our attention - But Hey, we've discovered we can do so much more for customer service & engagement with predefined & editable bots. Looking forward to developing our own customer-friendly AI functionality to stay lean & efficient - and of course customer friendly. So far delighted with Tidio, their help ...and really simple to understand videos. Peter
