Incredible customer support, more importantly than speed they put in effort to help resolve any issues or concerns. Multiple team members at "Omega - Multiple TikTok Pixels" in particular "Lynn" they have helped up multiple times and incredibly fast too! 100% recommend particularly to anyone who has been having issues with multiple pixels, tracking issues, things like that! Omega is a very good app that solves my problems with tiktok pixel very perfectly. If you are also looking for the most accurate data in tiktok pixels, then you can always trust Omega. it is also very reasonably priced. The most satisfying thing about this app is that it offers a very attentive customer service. They have set up special codes for my website to get better access to the data. I was especially pleased with Tracy's help. When I encountered some problems in the process of using the app, Tracy was very helpful and efficient in helping me solve the problem. Tracy's service makes this app worth 5 stars.

Would give zero stars if I could. Omega developers offered to help install the code as tracking wasn't working properly. We asked for specific times that any changes would be made so that we could immediately test as to make sure there was no impact on customers. They agreed, then ignored this, making the change during the middle of the night and only informing us after the change had been made. The exact opposite of what was agreed. The result was that the code interrupted customers ability to add to basket and we were unable to take any orders until code was reverted. Cost us thousands of Β£. Would not recommend, at all.

My TikTok pixel tracking was not good, after this app it works. It was a hassle to install at first, but Tracy from the technical team helped me very well with installation. First few days Tracy also helped me check if everything is tracking now. Overall a good app and good service!
