Would give zero stars if I could. Omega developers offered to help install the code as tracking wasn't working properly. We asked for specific times that any changes would be made so that we could immediately test as to make sure there was no impact on customers. They agreed, then ignored this, making the change during the middle of the night and only informing us after the change had been made. The exact opposite of what was agreed. The result was that the code interrupted customers ability to add to basket and we were unable to take any orders until code was reverted. Cost us thousands of £. Would not recommend, at all.

My TikTok pixel tracking was not good, after this app it works. It was a hassle to install at first, but Tracy from the technical team helped me very well with installation. First few days Tracy also helped me check if everything is tracking now. Overall a good app and good service!

The customer service guidance was very patient, and the novice operation was also very simple. It was completed in a few minutes. It is convenient to install two pixels in one independent station with this plug-in.

I love this app, it track my sales using their pixel 99% of the time, in addition to that customer service are always there to help . I really like it.
