Great customer service, they helped me set up the pixel and made the process pretty straightforward and easy to follow. Would recommend if you want all of your Tiktok pixels on one app.

Having some tracking issues with the app right now, which hopefully get solved soon. Nevertheless I can say that support is very gentle and really tries to help. Tracy is one of the best customer support guys I have ever been in contact with. Immediately messages when there is an update with the devs and always tries to help and look one step further.

These people of team Omega are awesome. Amazing people and amazing service! I had a couple days long contact with Tracy and she is so kind, fast with responses and clearly answers on all my questions. I had a lot of problems with the settings of my pixels in TikTok and Tracy make it all look so easy, in a very short time all my problems were just solved. I am very happy with the service, with Tracy and of course with the all team Omega!! I recommend everybody to contact this team with a problem about the pixels!

I was satisfied on the beginning. They couldn't solve the problem and where just telling me it was ok, but it was not. 53 ATC on TikTok and 7 on shopify. Every experienced marketeer knows that is not right.
